Day 2 Aberdares Transfer to the Somak Safari Lounge to freshen up and store any additional luggage. Depart for the Aberdares (180 km). Lunch, afternoon at leisure. Overnight: Aberdare Country Club Days 3–4 Samburu Drive north across the equator to the Samburu National Reserve (190 km). Lunch at your accommodation, your base for the next 2 nights, followed by a late afternoon game drive. Next day morning and afternoon game drives. Overnight: Ashnil Samburu Camp Day 5 Aberdares Continue to the Aberdares (240 km). Afternoon is spent viewing the animals as they come to the waterhole. Overnight: Serena Mountain Lodge Day 6 Lake Nakuru/Lake Naivasha Descend into the Great Rift Valley, to Lake Nakuru Lodge (240 km) with a game drive in the Park. Lunch, then drive to Lake Naivasha (80 km). Overnight: Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge Days 7–8 Masai Mara Depart for the world-famous Masai Mara (270 km). Lunch at your camp, your base for the next 2 nights, followed by an afternoon game drive. The next day, spend a full day in the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. Overnight: Ashnil Mara Camp Day 9 Depart Return to Nairobi by road (300 km), or fly from the Masai Mara to Nairobi (optional extra). Lunch at Somak Safari Lounge. Return to the UK. Where Next?
