Amboseli Serena Lodge
The lodge is framed against the glorious backdrop of the snow-capped
peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro and surrounded by miles of rolling
grasslands, patrolled by vast herds of elephants.
Secluded within a grove of acacia trees, the lodge looks out over the
golden savannah plains, with uninterrupted views of the mountain. Close
by are a series of emerald green swamps, which are fed by the melting
snows of Kilimanjaro. With very few other sources of water in this
otherwise starkly beautiful but arid park, they attract huge numbers of
elephants, hippos, buffalos and plains game.
Location of Amboseli Serena Lodge
Nestled in the foothills of Kilimanjaro, beside a gently flowing natural
spring lies this magnificent lodge.
