Kenya is an amazing destination, especially between late June to October, where you can witness the greatest wildlife spectacle when herds of wildebeest migrate in the Masai Mara. Through July and August you may be lucky and see them them crossing the Mara River between the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania and the Masai Mara in Kenya.<\/p>\n

We recommend Kruger National Park during July and August as although it is the winter months in South Africa, the temperatures are mild in Kruger, with an average daytime temperature of between 23\u201325 degrees, and, as the parks are quieter, you will have a much more enjoyable experience.<\/p>\n
During these months it is easier to spot wildlife on the various terrains, especially around the waterholes.<\/p>\n
For those who want a different experience (and don\u2019t mind a bit of mud), try a frogging safari in South Africa\u2019s Kruger Park, as an introduction to the continent\u2019s wildlife. You will be kitted out alongside the kids with a net, headlamp and wellington boots and the guide will help you catch, identify and release some colourful croakers.<\/p>\n
