Endangered Species Day is a chance to raise awareness about the sad plight of some of the wonderful animals you can spot whilst on an African safari, such as elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, rhinos and the Grevys zebras, just to name a few.\u00a0There may be various reasons like loss of habitat, loss of its population, etc. that increases the risk of a particular species to become endangered or extinct.<\/p>\n

This year is the 15th anniversary and everyone can\u00a0be a part of this movement and contribute to the protection of endangered species.<\/p>\n

Due to the recent downturn in tourism as a result of\u00a0 the global pandemic, Africa\u2019s safari camps and lodges, many of which play a key role in protecting some of the world\u2019s most\u00a0endangered species,\u00a0have been temporarily closed.<\/p>\n

We urge you to re-schedule any trips you may have booked to a later date or book a trip for 2021 to help support wildlife tourism.<\/p>\n
