Customer Relations

The key responsibility for the successful applicant will be to investigate and to answer customer complaints after clients return from holiday. Although our complaints ratio is very low, it is our objective to minimise the number of complaints that we receive. Hence it is important to ascertain the cause for complaint and ensure that suppliers (i.e. hotels, etc) are advised accordingly. It will be the responsibility of the successful individual to enforce suppliers to improve and enhance the services that they provide. Thus, the job (and part of the training) may involve overseas travel. The successful applicant will, ideally, have had some experience in Customer Relations and Litigation and will need to have excellent (written and oral) negotiation skills. Some knowledge of the EC package travel regulations would be advantageous. Good working knowledge of a word processing package (preferably Word for Windows) is essential.

Administration
We require assistance with all administration for customers who have returned from their holiday. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written required for this demanding and varied role. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
