Exploring Etosha Extension

Etosha National Park is a 5,000 square kilometre game reserve in the north of Namibia and is a sanctuary for black and white rhinos, large herds of elephants, lions and an
abundance of other animals. It is also a bird-watcher's delight.
DAY 1 WINDHOEK-ETOSHA
Travel north via Otjiwarongo to the Etosha National Park (250 km), Namibia's prime wildlife sanctuary
arriving early afternoon, the remainder of your day is at leisure. Overnight: Etosha Safari Lodge, or
similar. (d)
DAY 2 ETOSHA
Enjoy early morning and late afternoon excursions into the park and explore the various waterholes
along the enormous Etosha salt pan which is called the 'great white place of dry water'. Overnight:
Etosha Safari Lodge, or similar. (b,d)
DAY 3 ETOSHA
Encounter the big variety of wildlife in the park including rare and endangered species like the black
rhino or the black-faced impala. Overnight: Etosha Safari Lodge, or similar. (b,d)
DAY 4 ETOSHA-WINDHOEK
This morning enjoy a leisurely breakfast and just before lunch your driver will be on hand for the return
trip to Windhoek International Airport (250 km) where your tour ends. (b)
